“Captures” restaurant is a conceptual space located in the heart of Florence by the address Via de’ Vecchietti 3. The concept for this space lies in the contemporary touch to Italian cuisine and interior. I was able to achieve this by using locally sourced materials as well as including a theme of sustainability.
